On the eve of the ceremony, after a vote by the Bahia State Assembly, the road in front of the BYD Brazil factory has been officially renamed as "BYD Road". This is the third road overseas named after "BYD". The previous two were located in Lancaster, USA and Rayong, Thailand, both closely connected to BYD's production base. The first BYD road in South America further reflects the depth and breadth of BYD's global brand layout.
